Welcome to Greenbriar Estates - Your 55+ Destination

Greenbriar Estates is a gated community in south Nampa, Idaho, for residents 55 years of age and older. A variety of builders were used to complete the community, so there is a nice variety of architectures and home sizes. All homes include 2- or 3-car garages and have sprinkler and drip systems installed.

Community facilities include a central park area with flower beds, a peaceful water feature, and a meeting area. Storage units are available to rent. Services included in the low HOA assessments include snow removal and weekly seasonal lawn mowing and trimming. Spring irrigation start-up and fall blow-out services are also provided.
Residents are required to take care of their yard’s landscaping (trimming, pruning, weeding, etc.), as well as their home’s exterior (paint, roof).

Greenbriar Estates consists of 105 single family homes and 6 townhomes. It is gated for residents’ security and peace of mind.

Our Social Committee prepares a busy calendar for spring, summer, and early fall, so our seniors keep very active and busy enjoying all these fun activities.
